Okay I will still record my weight this week, but I will definitely take it lightly :D Recently I've been getting 3 different readings at a time!

I think my scale is officially tripping so a new scale is in my Takealot shopping cart, ready for checkout on payday.

A standard digital bathroom scale is best. Don't waste your time or money on those fancy ones that give you a reading about your body fat percentage. Those readings are far from accurate.
