1.5kg down in 3 days!!!! I am so happy. And I didn't even starve myself. Lots of green tea with lemon and veggies with my meals.
85.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
