Not good, I have been so strict and still picked up half a kilo! I need to remind myself that this is how it go's. Be strong and stick to it!!!

Grant stay in it. You might have picked up muscle or water. I always look at cm and fat% rather than weight. a 1kg fat looks way worse than 1kg pure muscle. So just stay in it.
