same thing happens to me, I usually lose alot and then think to myself ok i lost it all lets take a break and that "break" ends up being really long lol and i put most of it back on because everytime i wanna restart i think "ah its ok i know i can lose it again easy enough".............such a vicious cycle

Same issue.....but I did a bit of research and apparently it only lasts for 3 weeks. I'm taking that 3 weeks off the scale so that I don't depress myself :) Anywhoooooo good luck tackling that 6K'S

@Ibiza122 @MasetjhabaM - Ok, totally mismeasure and input my weight - should be 74kg !! I need to get to 66kg - so it's 8kg's I need to shed! It's crazy, I was 66kg in January - I have been training 5 to 6 times a week and can account for increase in muscle mass due to more time in the gym - but 8 kilo's, damn, even 6 is excessive - I eat fairly well but little - winter? I dunno - back to the gym 2 times a day and marathon training on the road....#BeRelentless

@Ibiza 122 @ MasetjhabaM - I am happy to hear it's not unusual. I spoke to a Dr at the sports science institute and based on my training and food intake he says I should be losing weight but this kind of gain is normal before the increase in muscle mass takes over and burns more calories. I should also mention I am on Hormone Replacement Therapy and have been for over a year, gaining weight is normal on them but I have been training really hard for 2 years now. I have always been involved in competitve sports of all kinds since I was young, so I love training. I know it just takes that little more focus and intensity coupled with a good plan and diet. :)
