Hey all!!
So I’ve been dieting from the age of 13 and my weight has been fluctuating from the age of 7. I’ve noticed some drastic changes and also have noticed ways in which my body functions differently naturally. I have noted I lost (thus far the maximum) 6kgs in one day (drastic bodily impacts performed) and minimum 1kg a day with little to no risk (in fact beginner mode).
