Not my best dieting week. Went a bit off my eating plan. So doubtful about tomorrow's weigh in. but, I will do better next week.

Hi, don't ever give up. I like the fact that every time after you have set back you always try and try again that is all it takes never giving up. Be honest to yourself,refrain from expecting to lose weight every time you climb on the scale. Do your weigh in once a week or in two weeks and focus more on the centimetres rather. A relapse is caused by expecting to lose weight every time you weigh yourself and if the expectation is not met you eat and later feel guilty. I am no expert just talking from my own personal experience😊
