Hi Guys and Gals quick question what size kettlebell should I get my self?
I am thinking 6kg or 8kg? Your advise will be highly appreciated.

First time swinging a kettlebelll? I just started beginning of the year with 4 kg and it's too light for me.

@ faudiaf I am quite a strong lady that is what I thought I think I will double that weight and start with a 8kg Kettlebell :)

I'd recommend getting 2x4kg, having two allows more variation in exercises you can do because weight will be adjustable by holding one or both KBs.. that's what I did at least

start with the 8 or the 6 I use a 14
