Good Morning FS Friends I need to combine exercise with my eating habit change, what do you guys think of investing in a spinning bike?

I absolutely love my spinning bike, it is a great way to work up a good sweat😁

Spinning bikes are great! Much better for your joints than jogging/running. It's the only cardio I do.

Forgot to add... I love watching Netflix or reading while doing my low intensity sessions on the bike. Makes it more enjoyable!

Yes as Charl said. You need to be disciplined to work out at home and consistent. Enjoy it.

yes! I got an orbitrek and i try use it every day for 20 minutes minimum.

I love rebounding. A good rebounder from Lisa Raleigh and rebound at home with free online classes. Can loose between 350 and 550 calories in a 50 min class
