Gained 9 kegs and feeling self conscious. Hate myself for emotional eating!!!

You definitely don't need to lose more weight. You will be too skinny, but hey, that's just my opinion.

You look healthy I highly recommend finding a gym/ physio/ Biokineticist/ personal trainer/ dietitian that can do an inBody scan to put it all into perspective as far as skeletal, muscular and fat weights. This helped me immensely and I could plan eating and exercise goals from this feedback

I feel your pain. I feel like I am not able to control my cravings. I wish I could just lose 5kg then I will be so much happier.
