Held my weight steady for a few years now, thankfully, and rarely bother weighing myself.
I have a wedding to attend in September so just want to watch my weight and lose a kg or two so my dress isn’t too tight!
Food isn’t my issue - wine is 🙈 so seriously need to cut back on that.
