This evening I did:
Kaleigh Cohen Strength - 5 Minute Dynamic Warm Up for Strength Training
Followed by her:
UPPER BODY CIRCUIT | 30 min Dumbbell Workout at home | REBEL Day 44
And finished with her:
15 Min Full Body Stretch for Flexibility & Mobility

Two upper body workouts in one week. Not sure why, but that's what I felt like again today. Also went for an hour long walk before dinner just because the sun seemed to peak out and I felt like exploring a bit so walked to an Aldi I've only been to once before to buy some soya yoghurt and soya milk - so carried a good 4 kilograms home. Saw some nice old church buildings and some lovely looking restaurants in a part of town we rarely walk through so I'll try to detour a bit more often now that summer's approaching.

I'm also not sure why the bank holiday somehow through me out of sync with the morning workouts I was doing last week. Yesterday and this morning I intended to get up and just do it - but I let silly little work things be the excuse for 'having no time'. Thought I should do a workout last night as well, but I just let the evening get away from me. So, this evening - I went for that walk before dinner just in case I didn't manage anything else. And then after dinner I decided I'd workout after I washed the dishes since I was already up to do that. Worked out well - then straight to a quick shower before getting back into schlomping-mode. Quite exhausted now so will hopefully have a good night's sleep.

Should fit another workout in on Friday morning.

Hubby and I will walk to the polling station to vote tomorrow afternoon and then on to our local little shopping centre. The forecast says 18 degrees tomorrow afternoon so I'm curious to see what that feels like. Today was not warm by any means.

Calorie counting is not going too badly this week, but for some reason I think it might just be a maintain, which I'd be ok with. A year ago I weighed a kilo more than now. That's not much, but somehow it's still slightly comforting. Hopefully this summer I can get into a better routine again - feel like I haven't really cracked it for at least 2 years now.

Hope you're all having a good week! xxx

So kind of you to say Booty! I find myself using the past when I did 4 x 40 minute workouts a week plus treadmill time to what I'm doing now and I'm just not there yet. I will keep working at it though - I think at some point things will just fall into place again and I'll get back there to my 'sweet spot'. Thank you for your support! So very appreciated!!!🤗💕
