I had a really bad week last week.
I ate a huge chip and cheese roti from goudens and after that, the cravings got worse.
I had spaghetti bolognese, junior Mac Donalds chicken burger and mini fries and a large almond cappuccino..
I was tempted to just starve myself for 2 days after that but I don't want to start bad habits.
Before Covid my diet was doing so well, I was enjoying this journey and counting calories seemed to be working. But now starting from the beginning again, I feel unmotivated and hungry all the time!
I try upping my protein but I'm still always hungry.

Sorry for the rant, my friends are so over me talking about calories and diets so I thought I could rant on here.

I too struggle with binge eating, infact I did that last night and I felt terrible about myself this morning, but I decided that I will not beat myself up about it. It's a new day. I exercised this morning and already logged my food for the day. It's about trying and not giving up.never give up Girly we all struggle in our journey.

Make sure your calorie deficit isn't too large as this could cause binge eating. And make sure that you're eating enough protein, fats, fiber and lots of water. Eating refined carbs & sugar increases hunger & cravings even more.
