So yesterday was not a good diet day. I wrote my last exam, and decided to spoil myself to an after oon of rugby and whiskey at the local pub. also had a snack basket in the table, but only had about 4 pieces. I tried not to go overboard with it. But it was definitely not in line with my eating plan. Today, I am back on track. Hoping I will be able to see serious results by end of next week.
