Like a see-saw at the moment - up and down and up and down. Ate badly this weekend again, but for some reason I'm just not that bothered. Will try to do 4 hours of exercise this week and for the month so here's hoping I can get to below 68kg this month. Got to prepare for that monster that is chocolates and eating out around easter time!
