Amazing what getting the kilojoule count for some rotis wrong can do for ones weight loss. I felt bad about indulging in some carbs this week, but by Thursday I looked at some other Roti packaging and saw that the kilojoules per 100g were far lower than I'd thought - so that's why I've been so hungry this week - and probably why I'm well over the plateau I've been on - staying around 69 point something. So glad to be under 69 now - hope I can keep this up even though we're going to a spit-braai this evening. Hope there will be lots of healthy salads and no garlic bread to tempt me!
