I just want to share with you my successful diet day.
First, I had a garage pie and fanta zero for breakfast. Then I had a sandwich baron wrap for lunch, with a lot of coffee in between. Then for dinner I had pasta and mince (with cheese sause), banana pudding and krispy kreme doughnuts, with water on the side
I really feel like it was a successfulr diet day, especially with fanta zero and all the water I drank.

love me a good garage pie... pepper steak or sausage rolls with tomato sauce. yum. that was my weakness a few years ago. Now that I think about it, I stopped eating pies when I quit smoking... I guess I used to spend more time in garage shops to buy smokes than I do now???

Sounds like you didn’t take the time to prep the day before. If I don’t prep the evening before I leave for my busy days, it all goes south.
