Best way to stay on track is to be absolutely honest with yourself x a lifestyle change means that you'll have days where you indulge, but checking in with yourself straight away means that one day doesn't become a week or month... don't be afraid of what the scale says tomorrow 😘

Shereen I had a day like that on Friday - it was carnage! Remember though, just like one day of eating salad doesn’t make you lean, one day of eating the wrong things won’t make you fat. Friday night at our house is movie night, and I make it the one night of the week where I don’t worry about what I eat. If I weigh myself in a Saturday I want to cry, but two or three good days and I’m back in track! Healthy nutrition shouldn’t be a stick to beat yourself up with. Just get back to healthy eating and you’ll be fine.

get on that scale a small 400g gain instead of letting go for a week and ending up with a 1kg gain. Trust me avoiding that scale is nit your friend. 😁 and so what if you gained a little over the weekend it is a process to reaching your goal. we jave to love a little in between too 😉 the weigh in just gets you back om track

Happy to report that my weekend off the wagon didn’t cause too much damage. Didn’t lose but didn’t gain either. Hooing to drop 0.5kg by Monday.
