OMG!!!! You should never trust the scale... I'm only 100 gr up from Friday's weigh-in, & I did not have a very healthy weekend, which tells me that my weight from last week was out of whack.
Anyways, chin up, keep marching on!

Thanks Leksie thst means a lot. I've been pretty amazed myself. Despite a weight gain this weekend *sad face* I'm going to try and keep focused. I think I kept on plan so this is water retention, being sedentary (or both).

That’s great Leksie, I have had that experience too before, and put it down to KEEPING THE BODY IN SHOCK, keep it guessing... or it simply means your body is now using the food you eat better... 🤷♀️
