Tried out a lentil patty recipe and it came out pretty good. A bit salty, but decent. I took pictures, but I'm unable to upload at the moment. I prepped a lot of these for December's Meatless Mondays, so I'll try and remember to post a picture on Monday. Recipe was just a trial and error thing based off of other vegan burger recipes I'd been looking into - I'll share it under my FS cook book by Monday, hopefully (in case you're interested).

Nervous for my next weigh in, because I don't feel like I've stuck to my intended eating plan this month. I had unexpected high carb days on Sunday and Monday, because I had loads of home cooked dishes... there's no saying "no" to mom's cooking. I was pretty consistent with my workouts throughout the month, but since I do more strength training than cardio, I'm not sure it would help. If anything, it may raise the number of the scale. Will be changing up my workout routine again in December. Trying to add an extra HIIT day to aid fat loss.

I don't really feel heavier, but I'm hoping for some decent losses in terms of my body measurements. I think I've leaned out a bit, or maybe that's wishful thinking. Lol!
