I am Zizipho from South Africa, Cape Town and I love healthy lifestyle as this has helped me to be the better version of myself. However can you please share how you achieved your results? I’m struggling with my fat legs and my waist, I would really appreciate your help please. I want to feel good in every item of clothes I wear without being afraid or having low self esteem.
