Ate a whole lot yesterday. Surprisingly not a lot of carbs (aside from the bread), but still a lot. Also went grocery shopping for the week ahead. Yes, I took a picture, because just over a year ago, that is not how my groceries would have looked.

Made chocolate banana bread (with coconut flour and macadamia flour) to get rid of all my frozen bananas. It came out dense looking, but really moist. It yielded too much to finish in one day, so I've frozen some to enjoy as a treat throughout the month. Served it with spiced apples and whipped coconut cream. So good!

Meal prepping "chili sans carne" for my November Meatless Mondays. It will probably not always be Monday, but I'm striving for at least one day a week with no meat (though cheese and/or yoghurt may be consumed). It's so hard to make meat-free meals that have enough protein but are not ridiculously high in carbs. I should keep to my macros if everything else in the meal is low carb.
