Trying out new workout regime. Less cardio and more strength training (in the form of bodyweight/calisthenics exercises). To be honest, I was a little bummed about the lack of a loss on Sunday, because I feel like I've been stuck in 70s for so long.

But after a little pity party, I've decided to get back to my original goal: get fit, get healthy, get strong… no matter what the scale says.
