Omg this yo-yo up and down eating and weight is really just emotionally taxing , frustrating and disappointing . I feel like I would be so much further if I am just discipline around myself as well as others. I know what I need to do but I’m not doing , blaming , using health issues , and literally anything else is just an excuse

That's what you call life and seasons....we need to get to a medium balanced and not let it control us. I totally agree where you come from because I have done that but now I am trying to life a better lifestyle and focus on health and I know my weight will come off too. I don't believe in diet because once you've lost your weight you go back to lifestyle and then you put all the weight back on because your mindset was on losing weight and not being healthy
