So, on the menu for today will be two eggs and grapefruit for breakfast. Crackers, ham, tomato and cucumber lunch. Eish. Very little food. But lets see how it goes.

how many calories you having? don't sabotage your efforts by starving yourself

No not starving at all. My calories intake is 1500 per day. Dinner will probably be steak and salad. I follow the heart foundation plan, but it was adjusted to cut starch down to twice a week. It is the only plan that keeps me full till the next meal.
