If you've been doing so well I don't think you should look at it as a cheat day, just enjoy what life has to offer in moderation then you don't have to feel like you're cheating. It's just knowing that bread does things to your waistline and accepting that you can only have limited amounts. It's a special occasion not a cheat day.
