I live in Hillcrest and it's been FREEZING!!!! I made a yummy creamy homemade tomato soup... grilled in the oven for 1 and a half hours until the natural sugar in the tomato started caramelising.. it cooked in a teaspoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh Thyme, fresh basil, a red onion and fresh garlic (the house smelled amazing) I then moved it into a pot added vegetable stock and it simmered and reduced for 3 hours... added some fresh milk not too much and boom a yummy bowl of soup (one of the best I have ever made) and it was only 136 calories!!! My partner had his with a toasted cheese sandwich (I was so Jelly)
