I always believe that if you crave something, go ahead and have a bite. Just to keep the cravings at bay.

I can kind of agree with that, but im also a recovering fatty with and eating issue and crave pretty much anything ! So i dont think it would be good to cave into this craving lol! Especially since im not lacking anything in my diet 😊
