- Sift the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, mix well.
- Rub in the butter with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the choc chips and mix well until a dough forms. Roll the dough into balls and place on a greased baking tray, press down with a fork.
- Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.
