Downward I go :) These next 2 weeks I will be happy if I maintain my current weight as this weekend I am going to a wedding and then the weekend after we have our year-end function. I will be good during the week but I am not going to worry at the functions I hope you all have a a great weekend. O yes I will also not be able to do my parkrun this weekend but will do it next weekend again. Yes Leksie the bug has bitten me and I am starting to enjoy exercise (My parkrun/walks)
