RozanaMax's Journal, 16 May 22

yay! Okay this was a big win for me. 😃 Weekends are tough. I ate loads of popcorn to keep my mouth busy. I got a airpoper for my birthday so I used that. It's so easy to stick to the plan during the week. Work keeps me so busy I don't think about food at all. I must find myself a weekend hobby. For lunch I have some egg salad, just three boiled eggs with salad cream and lettuce. Dinner we will have stir fry with vegetables and mince, some brown rice. Happy Monday!
