Happy Weekend. Weekends I struggle the most to stick to the plan. Today for lunch I will make myself a spinach and cheese omelet. Dinner some chicken curry with naan or chapati.
151.9 kg Lost so far: 36.1 kg.    Still to go: 73 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
