Goodmorning. Okay the water weight is all off now. Thats good. So what I lose from this point forward is going to be fat. Today for lunch I have beef sausage and some sautéed green beans. For dinner we will have a Catholic meal, fish and chips. 😃 all grilled for me.
152.1 kg Lost so far: 35.9 kg.    Still to go: 73.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
