Okay, so i lost a lot of weight on a medical weight loss programme. I went from 105kg to 76kg in six months. I felt amazing. That was three years ago. I have gained 9kg since. I still eat healthier options and do weight training every second day now. My goal now is to lose 5kg.
85 kg Lost so far: 17 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
