So, I found out that my thyroid is a bit under active...at least now I know why all my hard work has done absolutely nothing!! Still discouraging though...trying to get it under control with supplements and herbal meds - but I just CAN’T keep gaining weight! It took me a year to get this far!😭😪
64.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

https://www.everydayhealth.com/hs/thyroid-pictures/foods-to-avoid/ Maybe take a read and try to avoid some of these foods we consider healthy, can also affect the thyroid. I see you try very hard. Sometimes it’s not only CICO, it’s also what we eat that makes a huge difference.
