So the 1900kcal experiment was a big mistake! Did that for 5 days and this is the result! 🤨 Don’t believe everything you read about weight loss!! I guess it’s back to 15hr fasts then...😏
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
