Mustard Tuna Salad

Fresh summer tuna salad with a sweet honey mustard dressing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes and toss them together in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add tuna and sweetcorn to salad ingredients.
  3. Combine yoghurt, slim reduced salad dressing, dijon mustard, mustard powder and honey to make the dressing.
  4. Add the dressing to the salad ingredients.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
