Spicy Ground Chicken Stir Fry

Tasty meal that is high in fiber.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chili, and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped onions, fry until lightly browned.
  2. Add the ground chicken. Cook until browned.
  3. Chop all vegetables except the spinach then add to the pan. Note: slice the broccoli into smaller pieces.
  4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce.
  5. Add the baby spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with freshly chopped coriander.
