This everyday Mediterranean salad recipe is quick and easy to make!

Directions

  1. Chop all ingredients and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Portion +/- 200g into 4 containers = lunch for the week.
