Low carb mayonnaise that is so easy to make.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Crack 1 whole egg into a narrow container or small food processor.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar.
  6. Add sunflower oil.
  7. Blend till it thickens.
