Dry Rub Chicken Breasts with Rice and Beans

A quick and easy recipe for a flavourful dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all dry ingredients with olive oil.
  2. Rub chicken breasts.
  3. Sear both sides of chicken then add butter and garlic to pan to baste chicken until cooked.
  4. Boil rice and green beans.
  5. Add coconut milk to pan once chicken is cooked and cook on low heat until well mixed with the sauce created by chicken.
