Flourless Oat & Banana Muffins

Simple to follow and all natural recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set oven to 180°c.
  2. Thoroughly grease/spray 2 x 6 large muffin trays.
  3. Blend all ingredients (except raisins) in blender.
  4. Stir raisins (optional) into mixture.
  5. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin trays.
  6. Bake for 20mins.
  7. Gently turn muffins onto their sides in the muffins trays and leave to cool.
