- Add chopped spinach, feta cheese and cheddar. Mix thoroughly.
- Whisk egg and milk together and add to flour mixture.
- Melt butter in the microwave and fold into mixture. Do not over mix.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
