Choc Chip Cookies

Easy 5-ingredient cookies perfect for afternoon tea.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sift the flour and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, mix well.
  3. Rub in the butter with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Add the choc chips and mix well until a dough forms. Roll the dough into balls and place on a greased baking tray, press down with a fork.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.
