Yesterday's meals:

Breakfast- 2 fried eggs & some droewors
Lunch- big green salad, half a pork chop, grabouw wors
Supper- more salad, savoury mince (actually a lasagne but I didn't eat the pasta sheets)
104.8 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
