Getting there... Got to stay on track! I almost started crying last night thinking about how long it's been since I ate bread and how much I miss it (I later laughed at myself for getting so upset, hahaha).
79.4 kg Lost so far: 24.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
