Kept to my calorie limit Monday to Thursday, but I know today will be over and then the weekend has a party and a market on Sunday too. Will hopefully do some damage control next week. Managed 12 hours of exercise so far so will aim for 4 more this week.
67.8 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
