Happy with the slight loss. Managed 4 hours of exercise so far this month so I'm on track and food tracking went well this week. Will try to continue next week and hope for a bigger drop.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
