After a week with 2 X 36 hour fasts avg kcal of 1356 I gained 0.35 kg Bread of whatever form correlates with weight gain.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
