Only managed one workout this week and have not been tracking - and eating just about anything I want to lately. Bit of work stress to blame and I don't know when I'll get back to regular exercise, which I know my body needs.
67.5 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
