Didn't expect it to stay below 67kg, but I'm glad it's not too much higher. Did manage my 12 hours of exercise for the month though so I'm glad for that. Here's to maintaining until September!
67.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
